FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q -

What if I don’t like my clinician? Can I meet with someone else, instead?

A -

Sometimes, the clinician you’re paired with isn’t the best fit for you. That is okay! You can express to your clinician or our office manager that you would like to work with another clinician, and they will resubmit your request with additional information so that your next match is likely to be what you’re looking for. You do not have to worry about hurting the feelings of your clinician by telling them it’s not a good fit– in fact, we want you to communicate that to us! Call 530-500-5885 or email info@supportforyourlife.com and we’ll help you set up a new appointment.
