ALICIA MOLINA

Asking for help isn't always easy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply looking for a space where you can be yourself, therapy can provide support, insight, and practical tools for moving forward. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences without judgment.

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or difficulties managing emotions. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we'll explore what's working, what's not, and identify meaningful steps toward the changes you'd like to make. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based practices, and trauma-informed care.

When working with children, I strive to make therapy engaging, supportive, and developmentally appropriate. I use creative and play-based interventions to help children express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. I also value partnering with parents and caregivers whenever appropriate to support growth both inside and outside of therapy.

I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate life's challenges and discover their own strengths. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported. No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to figure it out alone.

If you're considering therapy for yourself or your child, I'd be honored to connect and see if we're a good fit. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward greater balance, healing, and well being.
