Support For Your Life is a space that’s all about being yourself—no masks needed. We're here to help you grow and bounce back stronger. Therapy is all about digging into who you are, healing, and feeling more fulfilled.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
We’re here to partner with you, whether you are in need of:
- Short-term assistance during an acute or crisis period (2-3 sessions per week)
- Long-term support for ongoing challenges (weekly sessions, once a month, or twice a month)
- Establishing care with someone for future scheduling as needs arise (scheduling every 3 months, 6 months, or annually)
- Another flexible schedule that works for you

KRISTIN KAMINSKI
Hello! I am Dr. Kristin Kaminski, but you can call me Kristin. I am a Doctor of Psychology and the Director here at Support For Your Life. I've been in private practice for nine years and am passionate about helping people of all ages find more confidence and contentment. Whether I'm meeting with an 18-month-old for an autism evaluation, someone in their 20s, 30s, or 40s who is navigating a loss or big change in their life, or a client who is 98-years-old and struggling with depression, I love being able to meet clients where they are and work through challenges together.
